Heroes 4 HeroesThe Moreno Valley Chamber of Commerce Military Affairs Committee, in partnership with the City of Moreno Valley, is proud to announce the 2018 Heroes 4 Heroes award recipient, Greg Stathatos. Greg was recognized at the 2018 City of Moreno
Valley Veterans Day Ceremony.Greg Stathatos has spent the last 8 years supporting local veterans. He is a long-term volunteer and donor at the March Field Air Museum as well as the founder of the B-17 Archaeology, an organization dedicated to honoring the service of U.S. Veterans.Over the course of the last 3 years Greg has spent countless hours working to obtain a Purple Heart for local resident Earl Miller, a 96-year-old veteran wounded at Pearl Harbor. His commitment to veterans causes extends well past his work with the WWII generation. He has spent thousands of hours organizing community and local area business groups to coordinate and complete volunteer projects relating to veterans including the restoration of military service aircraft, the creation of military history exhibits and the improvement of facilities devoted to military service.The Military Affairs Committee would like to thank all those people and organizations working hard for the betterment of military veterans and encourage more volunteerism and support when it comes to taking care of U.S. veterans.
